I used Verizon for 2-years and switched to AT&T for better plan/price; however, Verizon has charged me $120 for each lines as early termination fee.
Called support and they promised 48-hours resolution but did not hear after 3-days too. I wonder why Verizon is doing this to kind of term.fee when I used the same iphone for 2-years. I am told because I increased my data plan from 1 GB to 2GB, my contract was extended another 8 months, which does not make sense.
I will appreciate Verizon's response on this.
