On the bottom of the page under contact us but it is a long drawn out process ment to make you give up. I have been trying to seek out an actual email address but none to be found. I have spent almost 6hrs dealing with horrible service. I used the Live Chat and the online sales dept is useless. All they do is dictate what is on the website. After first conversation I asked about having an email sent to me with the conversation log but was told at the end I would be able to. So at the end the only option is to copy to clipboard. I do so and on ending conversation I lose internet and cannot connect for a half hour. While on hold I check it mysteriously comes back on... I just want to send my transcipts of my conversations to someone that cares about customers and will do something about this horrible service.

I have tried calling, but was put on hold for way over an hour and had to give up.
When I try to mkae a call, there is someone on my line speaking in a foreign language. Also when I received a call, my sister in law heard the person speaking in the foreign language.
Could you pleae fix this. It is the first time in years that I had a problem.

I totally agree. Verizon is too lazy to respond to email complaints. They would rather you spend your day texting someone or waiting on hold for someone to answer your call.

When I have a problem, I send a private message to one of the employees on this forum, and they either help me or get me help. Today, I got a call on the phone from a person in Verizon Customer Relations. The man I spoke to was wonderful and helped me very much to solve my problem..
I find that if I treat the customer representatives nice, they are very willing to help me. My mother told me a long time ago that "you get more flys with honey than with vinegar!" Try it, It does work!!!

Verizon customer service is completely incompetent.
I want one thing - AN EMAIL ADDRESS SO I CAN SEND IN A COMPLAINT.
I signed up for home phone service on 2.8.13. Now approx 3 months later I still have a phone line that is un-usable. 3 worthless "technicians" have been to my building and about 12 fruitless phone calls and still I have no expectation for my service to be usable.

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases". There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

I am so infuriated by Verizon Customer service I am ready to get rid of it and return to Comcast.
Cannot even get an email address to contact them.
If you call the servie number you get 15 minutes of sales pitches and no customer support..
