I’ve been trying to get Fios at a new construction site for 2 months. I was finally able to get a technician out to my home a week ago and the technician confirmed that I was able to get Fios, but engineering would need to make an adjustment to the pole on the cross street in order for him to do the installation. Since the technicians visit I have called customer service multiple times and have been told the request is with engineering. Can someone tell me how to get in direct contact with engineering or provide an approximate time frame for a response from engineering?
