FIOS in-home agent doesn't load

I installed FIOS in-home agent application on Windows XP system. After installation, when I click on icon to launch applicaiton, it doesn't do anything. There is no error message or log in eventlog.

Have you tried reinstalling?

Is your XP updated to SP3?
