False Charges for unreturned DVR box

Dear Verizon Support,

I'm being billed approx $550 for a DVR box I returned in August using the prepaid UPS label that Verizon sent me.  I've contacted support and they submitted a "Rock" ticket for me but there hasn't been anything done.  I am not being billed for the internet modem I returned with the DVR so I'm assuming it was logged as returned but not the DVR box.  Please contact me via private message or by the phone number on my account.

Lawrence,

I haven't heard from anyone yet.  I've called verizon customer service and was transferred four times between financial services, technical support and customer service.  No one can seem to access my account or help in anyway.  Please PM me or call me.
