My FiOS internet has been out since midnight on the 8th of this month. Called and called with zero response. Finally used the app to schedule a tech since there was power but apparently the wire was cut. They were supposed to come in today (the 10th) from 12-2PM. I call in and the representative has no notes as to why the ticket was closed....Now they scheduled me for next Thursday?!? They haven’t sent a confirmation email with the date and time either.... It also still shows that they’re still trying to bill me for services I no longer use? What is going on Verizon?!? Services were amazing for years and now it’s like malfunction meltdown with everything all at once...
