I signed a two-year contract and received an email to register for the $250 prepaid card. However, the link is broken and sends me to account home instead of the page to register for the card (on both MyFiOs app and PC).


Chat support told me to contact the rewards team but after taking down my info the rep placed me on a hold (25+ mins now).


How do I register for my prepaid card within the required time period?


How do I get my rewards card?


Edit: Gave up after 45 min mystery hold...
