I live in a condo. Condo is on second floor and has vaulted ceilings, a loft and an attic all the wires for phone and TV are in the attic and all have splitters and there is a grounded outlet next to the attic door. When the people wired the complex for fios it was wired for a townhouse complex and not for a condo I am not sure what the difference is. The ONT is on the outside of our unit of the condo all wired and spliced. We called Verizon for two weeks in getting fios, there was a problem in the address which was fixed. Called yesterday and ordered and was suppose to be installed today. The person who came never did a second floor condo, he has done a house and first floor condos. In all honesty I don't think he wanted to do the job. I was wondering if people who live in second floor condos have had the same problem in terms of someone trying to install fios with an attic, loft and vaulted ceiling. Thanks.
