File a complain when the technician broke things during installation.

When the morning the technician came in my house to install the Fios.
He almost knocked off my speaker, but luckily I save it.
But later on, he did knock off one of my custom make art piece and broke it.
Call Verizon and never got a call back.
How can I formally file a complaint or I should post it on social media and let people know how bad the whole experience is.
Really upset cause this is one of a kind piece that you cannot buy from elsewhere.
Is Verizon really care? Do Verizon educate the technician to respect other people property.
