I signed up with a Fios promotion that includes Amazon Prime and Echo. The link in the email that comes to redeem your echo goes to your account but there's no option to redeem. When I try to access the email now, it’s blank. I've seen this posted multiple times by other customers who have the same issue, ao I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam. I too have called customer service to no avail, and will be taking this matter to Twitter and local media outlets if I do not receive a response and resolution within the next 7 days.
