Fios,

On May 2, 2017, I called to renew my service because my current plan was expiring. The price plan I agreed on, which was set to me in my email, in which I agreed on and printed out, was $129.95 3 Bundle Pack. That was, Phone, Cable, 1 GB Internet. With Taxes, rental fee, Internet security, and discounts, the total bill came to $211.85 a month. This was on May 2, 2017, and today is Oct 20, 2017. I have call Verizon Fios every month since May to Oct, sometimes 3 and 4 time a month. Within the past month, I have called 4 times, and I am still not happy with this. Somewhere, somehow, someone needs to fix this issue, because I am tired of calling and spending at a min of 1 hr on the phone. I would say that I have called atleast 15 time since May.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
