I signed up with Fios Internet in January 2019 when they promised a $50 Amazon gift card, but the card has never come to my email (I registered to receive it by email) or by any other ways. Even worse, I have contacted them four times, and each time either they said the gift card would be sent soon, or they would forward the issue to the appropriate groups. I've kept all the online conversations with them, and each next time I pasted the previous conversion, but they have never cared to resolve the issue. It's hard to believe that big companies like Verizon do this kind of things, but unfortunately some of them do.
