Upgraded my Fios internet to gigabit which earned me the $100 Verizon gift card. However every time I go to try and register to redeem I get error messages or the pages don’t load. It’s like Verizon does not want to honor this promotion with how difficult they are making it to redeem. Any help would be appreciated as any one in chat support just pawns the issue over to phone support. Thanks I’m advance
No help for you here. But as I just found out after spending 3 hours with chat support, they are pawning us off on Voice support cuz chat support reps can't get their supervisors to respond to them.
