We need to tell you how satisfied we are with our Verizon services. The quality and vastness of what is available to us is overwhelming. When our contract with our previous provider (Cox) was about to expire, investigation into Verizon showed us what looked like a better deal and so we “made the switch”.
The installation was a pleasure with an installer who took a real interest in making sure we got what equipment we needed and installed in the right locations. He took the time to walk us through the setup of each component of your systems, making sure we were aware of the tutorials should we forget how to make things work.
TV picture quality is better and the Prime HD channel lineup we chose is much more to our tastes than the Expanded Basic we had with Cox. Our Internet connection is faster than previous and we have even gotten used to having to dial an area code before local numbers.
Price was an added incentive but not the most important consideration in moving to Verizon. Money saved is only a bargain when what it buys is better service and value.
