Last spring, a FIOS contractor put their cable and junction box on my property and tore an area up. They threw a little grass seed down and that was that. I tried calling the customer service # 866 339 5659 and was told they only handled claims....but could make no guarantee if Verizon would or would not pay. It seemed to be making the situation worse rather than resolving. I'm just looking for Verizon to come out - (or authorize) someone to reseed a few areas they messed up. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

2 ways to handle this is we send a ticket over to Dispatch to contact the bury service group or you take care of the seeding and and we send a ticket over to dispatch for them to contact you and ask for the bill so they can reimburse you.
