A couple of months ago I referred a family member to sign up for Verizon fios triple play, it’s promised to give each of us 20,000 points with 60 days of good standing accounts. Both of us have auto pay and been in good standing, We see no pending points at all, and I’ve via text message her the link from my fios app for her to sign up online, so signs of getting my rewards at all. I’m wondering what’s going on, why is there no email confirmation or pending points in our app??? Is it a scam to lore us in?
