I received an email to redeem my amazon prime and echo. No link!! So sorry I stopped with Optimum. Verizon has really gone downhill. Links don't work on their website and I was unable to sign in. Ridiculous. My daughter needs a book for college, and now I have to pay shipping because I don't have prime yet!
