In my opinion, you lure customers into thinking they are getting a great deal and bundle plan when in actuality they certainly are not.
Your prices are higher then cable, your picture breaks up as often as cable does, and your overall system has many flaws including problems with your DVD recordings, or lack of.
You have dropped some channels and customers even lose some channels when they upgrade.
Now you may drop AMC. Well if you do so, contract or not, I will drop Fios. After all, you are not living up to the channels I was offered when I signed up.
I feel your ways and services are despicable as far as your company is concerned, and I will never recommend Verizon Fios to anyone.
