Someone please help me!
Last Friday, December 21, 2012, a technician came to our house to complete an install of FIOS. He spent quite a bit of time in front on my laptop computer, activating the cable cards and resetting a TIVO wi-fi adapter.
After he left, I clicked to open a thumb drive that had been connected to my PC the entire time. To my shock and horror, I discovered that all the files on my drive had been replaced by some software called "TechWizard." Either that, or he accidentally switched USB drives and forgot to switch them back.
That same evening, I called your support line and reported the incident, but haven't heard anything back from them.
The files on this drive were extremely valuable to me, and I am heartbroken about this.
I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE TECH WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE LAST FRIDAY (12/21/12). CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP ME, PLEASE!
