I've noticed in the last couple years that major telephone companies have really ramped up their customer service. I've had very positive exchanges with folks at Sprint and AT&T -- two companies, which used to have reputations for horrible customer service. Sprint, in particular, appears to have made it abundantly clear to customer service agents that they should bend over backwards to help customer. I find that Verizon is a disgrace and has the worst possible customer service out of all of the companies.
Can anyone point me to a link on these forums where I can open a new topic? I've wasted so much time trying to figure out how to put up a message, but all I can see is how to reply to someone else's topic...
