whenever i try to send a message from my verizon email address to my msn email address i get this error message..

 

Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:

Recipient address: lorenzoandjo@msn.com
Reason: Server rejected MAIL FROM address.
Diagnostic code: smtp;550 SC-004 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. If you are not an email/network admin please contact
Remote system: dns;mx4.hotmail.com (TCP|206.46.173.15|38367|65.55.37.120|25)

 

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?  I have verizon with msn premium and i think my msn email acct. is an MSN Live account. Thanks, appreciate it.

Microsoft is currently blocking mail from verizon.net

 

I have a post up here about this issue, and the steps to get to Microsoft's version of the Whitelist form. I didn't want to double post, so it's only in the FiOS section.
