Could anyone design a more useless, complicated SUPPORT SYSTEM than Verizon presently has?. Shouldn't they provide some kind of correspondence course on how to utilize the online procedures. Every time I have a problem, by the time it is resolved, my tie has gone out of fashion.

I can tell you from my experience with them since my area was taken over from GTE. Long waits on phone, lies and unfulfilled service commitments are a few mentioned. They are a corporation run in worse shape possible. Funny thing is they are drumming up their FIOS, while they are stuck in mudd. Just couple of days of rain in my area and their line went out.
