 I called Thursday and set up an appointment for yesterday to repair a cable that has been cut. No one showed. They rescheduled for us today between 1-3, still no one showed. They pushed it to 10:15 pm and honestly, at this point I doubt they are coming. I am on the verge of cancelling and switching to Xfinity. I understand things are difficult because of the storm but the lack of communication is what gets me. This is atrocious.
