I encountered a very rude verizon agent. In the middle of our conversation, he said "hold on" and put me on hold and that was over an hour ago. I am still on hold. I did not even get a chance to get his name and information. This agents speaks to the level of commitment verizon has to its customers that they would allow someone like that to work there.
How can you check the records to find the agent I was talking to and still on hold, so I can make a formal complaint.
I have had similar experiences. One agent, Tim actually laughed at my wife when sha was trying to explain how our autistic son accessed foreign language channels through our remote. I have beat my head against a wall with these folks and after speaking to more than 10 people most of which were supervisors not one could take a common sense approach to solve our problem. I hope you can get some satisfaction for your issue but its a long road ahead my friend. Good luck.
