I am finding no use for the free for a year Disney+ so I want to cancel. I am cringing at the idea of having to call Verizon. Yes, the chat is 1000% useless, been there. The chat line is a borderline FTC complaint.
There should be a way to do this online.

Open www.disneyplus.com in a browser on your laptop or phone.
Log in with your username and password.
Select your profile icon.
Tap Account.
Select Billing details.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm you want to cancel by selecting Complete Cancellation.

This does not work anymore. Brings you to option to manage on Verizon, then try to follow and comes up with the link to add the package.
