Just how do you get any response from Verizon to get a problem fixed? I have had one of their green boxes laying in my front yard for some time now...been passed around through various service departments....and as always, it is someone else responsibility!!!!
So how do you get them to do their job?

they can send a ticket to the field... won't be instant, but someone should come out with in a week or so to fix it

I don't think it is possible to get customer service from Verizon. It took me nine calls to get my last issue "resolved" and it was resolved incorrectly and in Verizons' favor. After being on hold for half an hour today, only to be told they can't access my account for some reason ( I think the reason wasn't that I wans't adding services), I have decided not to pay my Verizon bills, now or in the future. They can do what they wish, but they will get no money. I am unemployed, but my house and car are paid for - they can't hurt my credit.

Like Charles said. Send him a private message with your information. Follow his instrctions regarding how. There are many good Verizon employees here in these forums, and they are more then willing to help if you give them a chance. I have had a number of issues that were resolved by bugging the people here. So give them a chance.

I am trying to have patience...but this problem has persisted for some time. It has been a very frustrating experience. I realize that there are good people at Verizon. I have contacted Charles and gotten some calls from Verizon. However, I am still waiting for some action to be taken. Like I said, I will continue to have patience and hope this issue is resolved some time soon.

Finally my problem has been solved. It is regrettable that it took so long to accomplish, however, the technician that solved my issue was courteous, and professional. It was quite ironic that he was a FIOS technician and solved the problem of a telephone equipment repair. So even though he did not have to do perform this service, he did not pass me off to another department. He took care of the problem. That is customer service and I appreciate it. I have finally found some dedicated Verizon employees who are willing to provide customer service and actually work to solve the issues of the customer. My hats off to all that were involved in solving my issue.
