We're attempting to reschedule an install that is currently scheduled for Tuesday. First we attempted to reschedule using the reschedule link on the verizon whatsnext site, but that didn't work, then the whatsnext site was down for hours, then the reschedule link was no longer there. Attempted to call 888-553-1555 number, but the automated voice says we need to call back on monday. Does anyone have any ideas?
Not to beat the dead horse here but i would strongly agree and say call the 888-553-1555 number, even if you have to sit on hold its still going to be the easiest, or i would say even quicker still would be send charlesh the PM ive seen how he handles these issues and it is the most amazing service ive seen in a long time.
