Does anyone have any ideas on breaking a contract with Verizon?
I switched from comcast about 2 months ago and have been very unhappy with the customer service to date. I am OK with the products, but I feel like I am not getting what was committed to me during the 'sales pitch'. They either misrepresented the service or made a mistake. I think the customer service has been worse than Comcast. Any chance of getting out early?
If not, I hope the people considering switching to Verizon from other providers read these forums.
