I recently signed up for Fios. And since I have an account now, Verizon keeps sending me junk notifications. There is no unsubscribe option on these emails. I have my online communication settings set to 'none except billing/account info'. Yet these messages persist. Today's message was a link to a video to 'understand my bill'. (Quick tangent- if your bill need a video to understand, then your bill is too complicated and needs to be redesigned.)
Does anyone know how to get these messages to stop?
