I switched to FIOS several months ago. Installer told us the cables strewn across our lawn would be buried in a day or so. So far nothing has been done. Is it normal to wait months for the cables to be buried? I've tried calling Verizon and using the website, but no results. Help!!
Contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission to file a complaint. You can also contact your locale engineering department which may be able to assist. You can also call your local police department if they are causing a hazard to life or property.
