For the past several months I have been unable to pay my bill online.
I've tried using different browsers, computers, the app, etc. I've called in and talked to customer service but they can't seem to help.
This is very frustrating! I've never had such a hard time trying to pay a bill online.
Maybe someone here has an answer. I don't want anyone from VZ to call me unless they have an actual answer that doesn't require me going through all the same steps I've already gone throgh. I need a permanent solution to this nuisance issue.
Here is the error that I receive: WE ARE SORRY, WE COULD NOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER OR USE AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PAYMENT
