I can't upgrade!! Please help!!

so I have the high speed internet service currently. and I wanted to add directv service.

when I click on the link to the renewal center, I keep seeing them say Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office

its been like months like this. live chat agents werent helpful either..

Does anyone know whats wrong with my account???

Does Verizon offer Directv in your area.

You could always try ordering DirecTv from DirecTv.
