I've been trying to pay my bill online for a coupkle weeks now.  Unfortunately, don't have time to sit on hold to pay by phone.  Please contact me so I can give you some money. 🙂

I have been using the same user name and password, but I cannot access my account so I can pay my bill.  Previously the amount was on the screen but now, eevn that is gone.

Why is it so difficult to pay?

Same problem as above. All of a sudden no bill notification, no payment history, cannot pay, never discontinued service - please assist
