Not knowing what service this is an issue with, It is kind of difficult to point you in a specific direction.
You might try going here and select the Live Chat option. If this is a wireless issue though, I'm not sure that would be the right place.
You also might try posting your actual issue here. There are several very helpful people with knowledge about all kinds of issues on these boards. They may have a solution for you.
Isn't there a link to get a chat rep on the website somewhere? I looked all over tonight and I only had a chat window pop up on it's own once. But I never actually saw a place to click to get a chat window.
