I need to pay on an account that is not showing on my profile

Hi,

I spoke to a Verizon rep a little while ago and it was discovered that I have two accounts, somehow.  I need to pay $75 on my internet account to restore service, but I can't access it since my verizon profile is only showing one account for my phone service.  The account that I need to pay on is {edited for privacy}
