I just posted my bad experience with trying to order new service from Verizon, but after reading some of the posts on this site, I think I am one of the luckier ones to have had this problem before I actually got my service.
I will write a letter to the BBB and FCC and SCC describing my experience and hopefully they can convince Verizon to stop the false advertising they are currently using.
Has anyone else written these agencies?
