I would like to file a formal complaint related to the customer service I have received with Verizon Fios. I am having billing issues that are still not resolved and have had some very disappointing interactions with customer service. I would like to be personally contacted to discuss my complaint.

Complain away. Start with the link above. Complain to your state regulators. Public service commission or Public Utilities Commission via a google search.

 

you could also post at consumer affairs.com or BBB.org verizon has been known to not like bad publicity and answer very quickly.
