In-Home Agent Issue

I was using In-Home Agent just fine for about a week. Then today I go to use it and my TV and Phone service do not detect, only my FiOS Internet shows up as avilable. I have tried uninstalling and reinstallation but the issue remains. Is there a solution for this?
