Squaretrade just posted their iPhone 4S policies today, save additionally throuh this linkhttp://goo.gl/qS1V9 to get the $95/2year pricing, better than the $99 on Squaretrade's website. Further if you use "WIZZARD25" you can shave a few more dollars off so it is $93 for 2 years with ADH.

Just puchased an iPhone 4S and decided Squaretrade is a better deal than Applecare+. Squaretrade wins out of its unlimited repair (that you can service through Apple's Genius bar and get reimbursed) whereas Applecare+ will limit you to only 2 repairs. I would highly recommend Squaretrade and have used them extensively for all my electronics--especially the drop and spill prone.
