My service lately is terrible. I take at least 10 minutes to find the right verizon code to get into my email and then its slow as syrup in January and I am supposed to have a step above the slow service. I am just before cancelling everything and going to a differnet server.  My current service is horrible

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:
