I would like to know how to register a complaint regarding customer service. I have spent the last 5 days trying to get a problem (problem started with a customer service rep/agent) only to find out that the problem cannot be resolved. Verizon is supposed to have the best Customer Service around, but they had better be glad that I was not surveyed. I went through, counting the first rep that started the whole thing, about 10 different reps and got a different answer from each of them. Please let me know who to contact to register a complaint.
