BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR YEARS, MY DEAL IS UP SO I CALL IN TO FIOS TO SEE WHAT DEAL I CAN RECEIVE? 

I HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW EQUIPMENT AND INSTALL IT MYSELF?

INSULT TO INJURY GETTING CHARGED FOR IT NOT REWARDED $50.00!

GETTING CHARGED FOR ALL SPORTS CHANNELS, NONE WE WANT?

IF I WAS BRAND NEW CUSTOMER I WOULD GET ALL EQUIPMENT AND DEAL FOR 164.00 PLUS THE NONSENSE OF VERIZON TAX AND EQUIPMENT CHARGE I INSTALLED?

NOPE LOYALTY IS DEAD, 312.00 WE OWN ROUTER BUT NO BREAK ON THAT AND IF I KEEP OLD EQUIPMENT 25.00 MORE! 

FUNNY HAVE VERIZON WIRELESS FOUR PHONE UNLIMITED AND HOUSE BUT CAN NOT GET 20.00 DEAL IF I DO NOT UPGRADE ALL

I HAVE TO GO TO CABLE !

You won't it much different with any other cable provider.

They all give big deals for new customers and then existing customers get much lesser deals.

Its the way most service providers work. Spend money to get the new customer knowing that most won't switch once theit initial contract is up.
