I switched over to Verizon Fios on November 3, 2018, I was told within 30 days I would receive a email to redeem my $100 giftcard and google nest item. I received the item and I was able to redeem the google nest item. However, when it came time to redeem the $100 the link didn't work. I spent over 35 minutes on the verizon chat, with no luck. I then called the verizon phone number, no luck (I was able to learn about nomorobo and how to set up my voicemail which is pretty cool!!!), I was then given the number for the "promotions" department and it turns out to be a Verizon rebate number.
Not VERY happy with Verizon's customer service and Fios services right now.
Please help me get the $100!
