Hi, I subscribed for Verizon Fios triple bundle, we are moving now from New Jersey to Connecticut. The new address does not have Fios there.
When I talked to custom support about the early termination, they said since the new address does not have Fios, no early termination applies. But when we actually called to terminate the service, they are saying that the early termination applies. We even talked to the Supervisor, but in vien. I read few early posts in this forums with the same issue and all of them say that the early termination does not apply.
Could anyone please help me out with this issue. Or let me know whats the best way to go about solving this.
