So I got my internet today and the app doesn't work it just loads on the screen and closes the app automatically, Yes I tried deleting the app and installing it back switching to my personal data and it still doesn't work. If you know how to fix it please reply

Help. I’ve spent a few hours on the phone with Verizon customer support. I’ve tried Facebook and I even called Apple Support. The Verizon MyFios app worked for a day and then stopped. Now it just hangs and stalls for about 1 minute or so - then crashes. We’ve tried everything and Verizon cannot fix it. What’s odd is that I downloaded the app on a different iPhone and it worked - so I thought it was an issue with the iPhone XS because it worked on the iPhone 8. Well after 2 days - it stopped working on that phone too. It’s bizarre. Please help. It’s like it works for 3-4 logins on a new device then it stops and will no longer work.
