My bill keeps going up

I'm tired of your crappy promontions that last a year and when it expires my bill goes up higher then it was before I even got the promotion. My channels keep freezing when I try to change them and I have to turn my tv off and back on to get it working again and though I was offered new eguiptment 3 times it still freezes so I call and you tell me it's like a computer that freezes up so either fix it or lower my bill to what it was. I am looking around for a new provider but direct tv is not available in the La Verne district. Any suggestions?
