Can someone please : Tell me how to deal with tech support and customer service. This is not a bash: BUT: I am sooo frustrated! I am a new customer 10weeks, I have called customer servive over 50 times, lasting 2hrs per call. I can not get answers to VOD and telephone isssues. Can someone please tell me who to contact with issues with out tech support blamming it on customer service and customer service blamming it on tech support!!! I NEED Help? Sooo very displeased!
If you could post exactly what your issues are, perhaps one of the other forum members could help you resolve your issues.
