I got 2 emails to redeem the offers from when I signed up for fiOS. The first one was for the year of Amazon Prime and the Echo. Those were fine.
The second email was for the Amazon gift card. I'm supposed to click the Let's Go link in the email and sign into my account and there would be a gift card graphic in my account that I was to click on.
There is no graphic.
The lady in chat support said to "please be on hold while I get transferred to the specialist team" but that hasn't happened.
3 calls to customer service didn't work out. One lady referred me to the Black Hawk department which deals in prepaid cards and you can't talk to a human anyway.
Why has this not been fixed? It's been a problem for months!!
