I was a user of the Fios for one year from 2013 to 2014. When I applied for the verizon service, the company asked me $250 for the security deposit. The company told me that the deposit will be refunded to the same card.However, until now, the deposit has not been refunded to my card.I would like to directly contact with the company with "email or contact us service". But there is no way to open "contact us" on verizon homepage. please help me how to get my refund and directly contact the refund service by the email.
