When I signex up , I was told after paying 3 montjs of bills on time that I would receive a $400 Visa Card in the mail. Well I paid 3-4months on time when I received a folded card in the mail with a rewards log in number and it stated the number was for the Visa card that I would receive in 7-14 days. It's been a year and a half and I Never Received the Visa Card or heard anymore about it. What department do I contact about this.
